Eco-Friendly Thermal Bonding
Low Melting Point Fiber (LMF)
Our Low Melting Point Fiber (LMF) is a sheath-core bicomponent fiber. The sheath is modified polyester with a lower melting point (110°C to 180°C), while the core is standard polyester. It acts as an eco-friendly adhesive in thermal bonding processes, replacing chemical glues.
1) Key Advantages
- ✅ Excellent Bonding Strength: Ensures structural integrity in non-woven fabrics.
- ✅ Environmental Friendly: No chemical binders needed, reducing VOC emissions.
- ✅ Easy Processing: Consistent melting behavior for high-speed production lines.
