Our Ultra-fine Fiber series includes premium Sea-Island and Splittable (Orange-peel) bicomponent fibers. Through advanced water-jet or chemical processing, these fibers can reach a fineness of 0.18D, providing an unparalleled soft touch and high-density structure.

1) Core Technologies

• ✅ Sea-Island Fiber: Multiple "islands" embedded in a "sea" matrix. After dissolving the matrix, it results in ultra-fine microfibers for high-end synthetic suede.
• ✅ Splittable (Orange-peel) Fiber: Bicomponent fibers (PET/PA) that split into 16 segments under water pressure, creating high-surface-area microfibers.
